At Jo Shoes, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Inspection on Delivery

You can inspect and try the shoes upon delivery before confirming your order.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving your order.

If you request an exchange (size, model, or color), a fee of 3 JOD applies.

If the exchange is due to a defect or our mistake, it’s completely free.

Return Policy

If you decide to return the item during delivery (while the courier is present), a 3 JOD fee applies.

Returns after delivery are not preferred, but if accepted, a fee may apply.

Delivery

Free delivery across Jordan.

Same-day delivery inside Amman available for 2 JOD.

Standard delivery: 24–48 hours.

المعاينة عند الاستلام

يحق لك معاينة وتجربة الحذاء عند الاستلام قبل تأكيد الطلب.

سياسة التبديل

متاح التبديل خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

في حال طلب التبديل (اختلاف مقاس، موديل، أو لون)، يتم احتساب 3 دنانير.

إذا كان التبديل بسبب خطأ منا أو عيب في المنتج، يتم التبديل مجانًا.

سياسة الاسترجاع

في حال طلب الإرجاع أثناء وجود المندوب، يتم احتساب 3 دنانير.

الإرجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب غير مفضل، وقد يتم احتساب رسوم في حال الموافقة.

التوصيل

توصيل مجاني لجميع مناطق الأردن.

توصيل بنفس اليوم داخل عمّان مقابل 2 دينار.

مدة التوصيل العادي: من 24 إلى 48 ساعة.
